HOW LONG IS SHIPPING ?

If you place an order before 1PM, your shipment will leave our warehouse on the same day. Otherwise, it will be ready to ship within 24hrs.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Yes, you will be provided with a tracking number, once we ship your product. You will receive the info via E-mail. 

Our shipments are mostly handled with DHL and GLS. If your tracking link doesn't work try typing the number in manually at the shipment provider's website.

IS SHIPPING WORLDWIDE ?

Yes, shipping is worldwide. Visit our shipping page for more info.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST ?

Depending on your location, shipping prices may vary. Also customs can apply afterwards if you are ordering from outside the EU.

ARE THE PIECES LIMITED ?

We cannot give exact numbers, but our stock is extremely limited and often sells out within hours. After we sell out, we do not restock our items, meaning once we’re sold out, there is no chance of getting your desired piece again.

HOW GOOD IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR CLOTHING ?

Our quality is top notch. Months of effort went into production, sourcing and adjusting, so we can deliver the best quality to you.

We use heavy-weight cotton from Portugal and Turkey, ranging in between 270g/sm and 560g/sm. For a soft feeling we decided to use polyester in our new hoodies. Therefore our pieces are extremely heavy-weight and premium.

HOW IS THE SIZING ?

Generally speaking our clothing fits very oversized. For more info, visit our size guide.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PIECES ?

Because our pieces are extremely qualitative, and often hand made, we’d suggest you to carefully wash our clothing at no more than 40 degrees, preferably 30 degrees. See the product info beforehand, and check the washing labels on the inside of your new garments.

WHAT IS THE INNOVATORS CLUB ?

The Innovators Club at Unlisted Society is a private, members-only club for creators, influencers, artists, and entrepreneurs, fostering creativity in fashion. EARLY ACCESS CODE, WHAT IS THAT ?

The Early Access Code is a code that you can use before an important drop, to buy products before everybody else does. If the drop is at 20:00, we mostly give codes out 30 minutes in advance.

HOW DO I GET AN EARLY ACCESS CODE ?

We usually give out codes to loyal fans via Instagram. If you want a code, show some love. If you’re lucky we’ll give you one! Also, you will always have an Early Access Code when you are a member of the Innovators Club.

WHAT IS A PREORDER ?

During certain drops and events, there may be clothing which will be available to preorder. 

This means, you will get your pieces before everybody else if you have placed your order already.

ARE YOU SUSTAINABLE ?

We try to be as sustainable as we can be. We try to manage our flight routes as efficient as possible, and try to stay in one place. 

We will never use or harm animals in the process of our production, and will always use alternatives to fur/leather etc.

Also, we have a mission to buy back a huge part of the amazonian rainforest, which will be protected, once we are able to.
